Minimum Orders:  There is no minimum order.

Shipping:  We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail.  Our website queries UPS and USPS for shipping charges.  We prefer to ship via USPS.  

Return Policy:  All returns require an RMA.  The RMA can be obtained from us via the 'contract us.'  You may or may be charged for returning an item.  We do not sell used items. 

Checks:  We do not accept checks under any circumstances.  .   

Credit Cards:  When you make a purchase, your charge card will only be charged when the item(s) purchased has been boxed (may be more than one box).  Your credit card information is secured through encryption on another site that is only accessible by one employee of Heath Tech Inc.  We share your concern about credit card security.
